Most of us spend a lot of time indoors - under fluoro lights, rushing from one enclosed space to another.


But when you step outside at sunrise, barefoot in the grass, moving in rhythm with the sun… something shifts.

- Your sleep can reset.
- Your energy softens into flow.
- Your mind can clear.
- Your body remembers balance.

That’s why I created Yoga in the Park - where nature meets movement and you find yourself remembering.

Who is Inbloom Yoga?

I’m Amandine.

Movement has been my language for as long as I can remember - from ballet as a child, to Wing Chun Kung Fu and Yoga practise as an adult. Two years ago, I began teaching Yoga - because I love helping others explore how the body tells its truth.

My approach to Yoga isn’t about perfect poses or exercise routines.
It’s about the deep exhale that lets your soul catch up with your body.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the rush, the rules, the noise.

Through Yoga in the Park and my classes, I invite you to move, reset, and recharge - to return to yourself, in rhythm with nature.

The Details

  • We begin: Mid October, Port Augusta.

  • Early mornings, in the park, barefoot in the grass.
